Windows Vista and Demantra

Hi Everyone!!

The typical question comes from reader of the blog is Can I install demantra in my laptop and integrate with office 11i instance for testing/learning purposes. Answer is 'yes'. You can do that.

Here is the important info. I came across one the blog reader who has tried to install the Demantra in Vista windows machine where not all the components of the demantra got installed. Installation became unusable for the EBS integration with R12.

Please check with the metalink for the certified OS before carrying out the installation of Demantra. Another key point is Demantra can be installed only in Windows machine. As Demantra installer is only available for Windows.
