R12: OAM stops working after SSL setup

Hi Everyone,

Wish you all a very Happy Diwali.

In R12.0.4, OAM functions stopped working after enabling SSL.
Observation showed that all the URL's repointed to https except OAM function, menus.
They were still referencing http://hostname.domainname/OA_HTML/...

This has been fixed by removing # for the context variable sslterminator.
This is required change when using ssl terminator.
