Hi Everyone,
In Database version 12 Oracle will deprecate the cursor_sharing = Similar due to issues that are occurring with it in 11g.
In short,
Use Adaptive cursor sharing that is the feature of 11g.
cursor_sharing=EXACT or FORCE will still be available
cursor_sharing = SIMILAR is highly discouraged in 11gR2.

What is the impact to EBS?
No impact.
EBS uses Cursor_sharing = exact
